BRIEFING & PREP
The work starts the moment you reach out. We walk through the run-sheet, the must-have moments, the speakers, sponsors, and brand activations that need clean coverage, and how the film will be used afterwards. From there I scout the venue, plan camera positions, lock down audio, and assemble any additional crew for multi-camera setups.
ON THE DAY
On the day, the production runs to the schedule we built in pre-production. Cinema cameras, prime lenses, gimbals, and direct audio feeds capture stage, audience, and detail without disrupting the room. As your event videographer I stay in position from start to finish, not just for the headline moments.
EDITING & DELIVERY
A short social-cut highlight goes out first so your team can post fast. The full edit follows within two to four weeks, colour-graded and sound-mixed, delivered in full resolution with channel cuts for web, sales, and sponsor recap, alongside a structured review round before anything is finalised.
