BRIEFING & PREP
The work starts the moment you reach out. We walk through the run-sheet, the must-have moments, the speakers, sponsors, and brand activations that need clean coverage, and how the gallery will be used afterwards. From there I scout the venue, plan lighting setups, and lock in any second-shooter coverage well before doors open.
ON THE DAY
On the day, I arrive early, scope the room with fresh eyes, and shoot to the schedule we built in pre-production. Full-frame cameras and fast lenses capture stage, audience, networking, and details without disrupting any of them. As your event photographer I stay in the room from start to finish, not just for the headline moments.
EDITING & DELIVERY
A same-day or next-morning preview gallery goes out first so your team can post fast. The full edited gallery follows within one to two weeks, colour-graded and reviewed, delivered in full resolution with web and print crops, alongside a structured review round before anything is finalised.
